Design
We use 4 projectors for these 09-14 Ford F-150 headlights with the LED bar on top as a DRL. The LED bar also provides an activation light feature which is a running light when you unlock your F-150. At the bottom is our claw signature LED bar with amber sequential signal light. The bottom 2 projectors plus 1 projector on top serve as the low beam, while the high beam is applying all 4 projectors together. The high power LED produces a 6000K light output and an outstanding projection.
Projector Technology
We compose these 09-14 F150 NOVA-series projector headlights with our patented Ice Cube 3D LED projector. We apply the Osram Oslon black flat LED chip for our projector, and the projection cut-off line is perfect for American LHD regulation.
Feature

Housing

Lens
Our 09-14 F150 NOVA-series projector headlights are made of polycarbonate plastic lens. We also apply a layer of anti-fog agent on the headlights lens; thus, it allows better light output in extreme weather. In addition, we also apply another coating to protect the lens against yellowing and oxidation.
